The type of Virtual Assistant Business you create starts here – right from the start we need to set the foundations in place. We will look at your Vision, Values and Confidence before we do anything else. This module is the key to getting started and your future business.
Who are you and why are you setting up a Virtual Assistant Business – understanding what is driving you to do this.
Your vision and values. We work on your mindset and give you the confidence to succeed.
Goal Setting, identifying what you want to achieve and how you will achieve them.
We carry out a skills audit to give you confidence in your abilities.
MODULE 2
The Legals
Legal status and structures, contracts, insurances, GDPR, business plans, invoices… all of the important stuff! Getting clear on these critical things early will pay dividends as you build your business.
We look at legal structure and status of your business, choosing the right one for you.
We identify and set out your pricing.
We walk through all the accounting work that needs to be in place for you to seamlessly run an efficient business.
We start to create your Business Plan.
MODULE 3
Your Ideal Client
Many businesses sell to whoever chooses to buy from them. On the face of it, there’s no problem with this approach – but a far better way is to work with customers by selecting your services that match their needs and offering it to them.
We investigate the subject of niche – whether you have one or in fact need one or not
We start to investigate who you want to work with and who will want to work with you.
We identify and map out your Ideal Client.
Another phrase for “Ideal Client” is Potential Client, Target Client, Niche Client, Super Customer or Client Avatar – whatever you want to call them – let’s find yours!
MODULE 4
Working with Clients
Understanding how to support your clients, while communicating with clients in a streamlined way will save you hours of time. This module helps you prepare for those all important discovery calls, sending proposals, onboarding and review meetings (and even how to have any difficult conversations) with clients.
How to run Discovery Calls, Onboarding and Offboarding your clients.
How we track our time in supporting clients and the tools and software available to make it easier.
How to ensure your clients are happy and how to carry out Review Meetings with your clients.
How to get awesome testimonials from your clients.
MODULE 5
Marketing
This is a huge module! There are many definitions of marketing but it is essentially about understanding your clients or potential clients: identifying what it is they want and keeping them satisfied. It is about creating awareness of what you provide and the benefits of your service.
Understanding the basics of marketing including using the common social media platforms.
We start to investigate who you want to work with and who will want to work with you.
We identify and map out your Ideal Client.
Ultimately, this module walks you through how to present yourself professionally online and offline.
MODULE 6
Build and Grow
Building and growing your VA business, you are going to have to learn to trust people and delegation will need to be learnt and practiced in the same way you tell your clients! You might need to outsource, to build a team to either outsource tasks so that can be better done by someone else or that you don’t possess the skillset to do. We also look at working with a Mentor and Exit Strategies!
We look at building and growing your business.
You will pull together your business plan, bringing in the decisions you have made across the course, including disaster plans and business continuity plans.
Having submitted all modules, you will get to graduate from the VA Momentum Course.
