Many businesses sell to whoever chooses to buy from them. On the face of it, there’s no problem with this approach – but a far better way is to work with customers by selecting your services that match their needs and offering it to them.

This is a huge module! There are many definitions of marketing but it is essentially about understanding your clients or potential clients: identifying what it is they want and keeping them satisfied. It is about creating awareness of what you provide and the benefits of your service.
Understanding the basics of marketing including using the common social media platforms.
We start to investigate who you want to work with and who will want to work with you.
We identify and map out your Ideal Client.
Ultimately, this module walks you through how to present yourself professionally online and offline.
Building and growing your VA business, you are going to have to learn to trust people and delegation will need to be learnt and practiced in the same way you tell your clients! You might need to outsource, to build a team to either outsource tasks so that can be better done by someone else or that you don’t possess the skillset to do. We also look at working with a Mentor and Exit Strategies!
We look at building and growing your business.
You will pull together your business plan, bringing in the decisions you have made across the course, including disaster plans and business continuity plans.
Having submitted all modules, you will get to graduate from the VA Momentum Course.
Each month you will have a monthly training webinar focussed on professional development and a group coaching call.
During your time on the course you will have access to a private support community to ask questions and build relationships.
